Minimum age requirement is 21.High School Diploma or equivalent. 6 months of customer service and money handling experience with the ability to work well with the public and fellow employees.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.Possess Nevada gaming license or be able to successfully register with the Nevada Gaming Board.Basic math skills.Must be able to succesfully register with the NV Gaming Control Board SUMMARY:Write and cash race and sports book tickets and provide customers race and sports book information.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Write and cash race and sports book tickets for customers.Assist customers and answer all questions they may have.Balancing drawer at end of shift.Keeping customer sheet racks fully supplied.Selling daily racing forms to customers.Head cashier to pick up and deliver all banks at beginning and end of shift.Head cashier to make starting banks for all tellers during day.Head cashier to receive and count all teller banks during the shift.
