Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Manager, Programs 2 to provide objective-oriented direction and work assignment to team members utilizing management guidelines & general policies of the Division 41 program located in Las Vegas, NV.
Program Manager will direct all phases of the Division 41 program from inception through completion and is responsible for all aspects of cost, schedule, and technical performance. Leads and manages a workforce comprised of approximately 71 technicians providing fixed and rotary wing aircraft maintenance and support services for a USG customer at multiple classified locations. Senior on-site executive with the authority to administer contract affairs and coordinate operational activities with the USG Contracting Officer (CO), Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE), and Contracting Officer’s Representative. Lead on-site Capture/Proposal Manager preparing all classified proposals, business plans, and performance work statements for corporate leadership review and approval. Establishes milestones, operating budgets, and monitors adherence to customer master plans and schedules. Identifies problem areas and recommends solutions to the customer. The PM advises the Directors of Maintenance and Quality regarding contractual specification changes, cost, performance, schedule, and allocation of resources. Acts as the lead environmental, safety and health manager. Additionally provides leadership, guidance, mentoring, and career development to all Division 41employees.
Associates Degree or higher with 10 years aircraft maintenance experience. Of the ten years of experience in aircraft maintenance, five years shall be in a supervisory position.
Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
Must have aircraft maintenance career field and 10 years of managing a workforce providing flight-line, intermediate, and limited depot level fixed and rotary wing aircraft maintenance.
Must have experience in supporting very complex research and development testing and integration.
Must be able to interpret complicated requirements and independently prepare proposals, business and quality plans.
Must be willing to travel 25% or more of the time.
Must be willing to work weekends and overnights as required in support of mission activity
Active Top Secret/SSBI Security clearance, and site access to support multiple Special Access Programs
