Due to market expansions, we are currently looking to add some great Superintendents to our heavy civil team ASAP. If this sounds like your next move, then read on!

What You Will Be Doing

Supervises at least one foreman and crew within their specific area or portion of the project assigned.

Ensures crews Safety planning is completed and followed; such as JHAs, daily THAs, and REAP.

Ensures crews Quality planning is completed and followed; such as assisting with work plan development and TQAs.

Participate in routine schedule and coordination meetings with Project Superintendent and other project staff for material, equipment, subcontractor and personnel needs.

Maintain accurate and timely timekeeping for crews under their responsibility.

Observe work operations within their areas of responsibility to insure performance is productive, safe, and of highest quality.

Ensure accurate daily reports and critical information is documented and completed regularly and timely.

What You Need for this Position

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, be able to prioritize, develop and maintain schedules.

4+ years of Construction Management experience, preferably in WWTP projects.

Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Previous experience in heavy civil and structures strongly desired.
