Process Improvement Associate * This position may be located in any Anthem office and is eligible for a work at home schedule
The Process Improvement Associate is responsible for performing quality improvement studies. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to:
Performs data analysis.
Documents compliance with professional standards.
Recommends corrective action plans.
Conducts follow up studies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school graduate or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
1-2 years clinical experience preferred.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
Tact and diplomacy required dealing with varying levels and departments.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Proficient computer skills required.
Ability to apply knowledge and interpret data and apply to norms preferred.
Regulatory and Accreditation experience is required.
