***Qualification
BS or BA degree, preferably in business administration, computer science, communications, or a related field.
Two years of management experience, preferably managing staffs of 2 or more direct reports.
Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines, with minimal supervision or direction.
Must be able to proactively develop and maintain relationships with other departments.
Ability to deliver effective results.
Sound judgment and decision making skills.
Proficient in data entry and management.

***Language Skills
Ability to speak, read and write in the English language
Fluency is other languages preferred
Articulate speaker with good interpersonal skills

***Job Summary:
Develop and utilize a computer database for tracking, managing and updating licenses for
individual loan officers and branch offices.
Plan, organize and control the work of Licensing Specialists, engaged in the following activities;
Manage licensing within the NMLS
State, County, City licensing filings
FHA/VA/USDA Branch approvals
Prepare and complete monthly, quarterly, annual various reports
Ensure that Company is current, compliant with State Bonding and Branch Liabilities
Utilize advanced process mapping and data analytics to ensure that all licensing processes remain
highly functional, efficient and effective, and are continuously improved, reducing throughput
cycle time, while maintaining the quality and integrity of the licensing department.
Communicate effectively with regulators concerning licensing matters.
Prepare annual reports as required for each state, city and county where the company transacts
business, as applicable.
Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the licensing department.
Maintain regulatory or compliance documentation.
Work cooperatively with and provide assistance and information to other departments with
issues related to licensing such as filing appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies;
identifying compliance issues; and conducting internal investigations of compliance issues.
