Robert Half Office Team Contract Recruiter in Las Vegas, Nevada

OfficeTeam is looking for a high volume contract recruiter! Position Summary: This position utilizes standard and innovative recruiting tactics and sources to identify and recruit top employee talent for all Company opportunities.

  • Recruits and interviews top quality candidates for all open opportunities in the corporate office and assists with recruiting for international offices as necessary.

  • Recommends innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies.

  • Prepares and posts advertisements for open positions.

  • Assists with development of job descriptions.

  • Obtains internal approvals and prepares/coordinates internal documents as necessary.

  • Sources and screens candidates.

  • Participates in all phases of interview process. Conducts initial interviews, participates in and lead subsequent interviews as necessary.

  • Assists and advises hiring managers through the interview and selection process.

  • Assists with management of internship program

  • Conducts new hire orientations

  • Conducts exit interviews

  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience desired.

  • Proven ability to source and recruit candidates in innovative ways.

  • Knowledge of best practices in recruiting.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and research methods including online web tools, social networking, etc.

  • Ability to build relationships within the organization and with candidates.

  • Ability to manage competing and rapidly changing priorities.

  • Excellent working knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruiting, interviewing, drug and background screenings, employment testing, etc.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including: listening, coaching and training.

  • Strong project management and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Positive, customer-oriented demeanor.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including, Word, Excel and Office and ability to learn other computer programs. Identify qualified candidates, manage process from approval through Hertz integration to Hertz, implements strategies to source qualified candidates and manages the recruitment process.
