Must be at least 21 due to gaming environment requirements.
Must have a High School Diploma; some college, Bachelor degree or higher in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Minimum 1 year in food and beverage and hotel audit experience.
Must have Micros System knowledge.
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ideal candidate will be organized, have the ability to multi-task and be a team player.
Bingo Audit experience a plus.
Will require Nevada Gaming registration, Alcohol Awareness and Food Safety training Cards, must have or be able to obtain.

Working Conditions/Essential Functions
Use a computer keyboard, 10-key and calculator.
Communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
Accurately review and audit relevant information.
Solve mathematically oriented problems
Able to work varied shifts

All functions and projects related to administering food and beverage audit functions on behalf of business units.
Ensures that the auditing process is completed daily while ensuring property needs including reports, and journal entries are completed.
Ensures all business unit requests, questions and ad-hoc issues are handled in a timely, professional manner.
Makes sound, independent judgments within established policies and procedures.
Compiles, sorts, and verifies all incoming documents and substantiates validity of all business transactions.
Completes processed invoices, verifies documentation, coding, price extensions, and discounts on items received.
Posts details of business transactions utilizing a calculator and computer.
